Airtel-Vodafone, in compliance with its mobile telephony licence obligations, has developed a standard Reference Offer framework to simplify engagement between Airtel-Vodafone and  prospective interconnect / interworking partners, to speed-up the implementation of interconnect and interworking with the Airtel-Vodafone network.
