What is the Advantage Card scheme?
The Airtel-Vodafone Advantage Card scheme is a loyalty scheme offered to all new and existing customers in Jersey and Guernsey. The scheme enables customers to take advantage of exclusive benefits from a wide range of local suppliers.
What does the Advantage Card look like?
Your Advantage Card is the same size as a credit card and will feature your unique customer number. Please keep this card safe as you will need it to claim the benefits offered by the Advantage Card scheme.
How do Pay as you go customers sign up to the scheme?
Click here to fill in your details. Your personal Advantage Card will then be sent to your home address once this has been done. Please allow 72 hours for your card to arrive. If after this time you still have not received your Advantage Card letter, please call us on 121 from your Airtel-Vodafone handset.
How do Pay monthly customers sign up to the scheme?
As we already have your details, you will automatically receive a letter from us bearing your personal Advantage Card. If you haven’t received your Advantage Card, register for one by clicking here. Please allow 72 hours for your card to arrive. If after this time you still have not received your Advantage Card letter, please call us on 121 from your Airtel-Vodafone handset.

I’ve lost my Advantage Card – what do I do?
Don’t worry. Simply call 121 from your Airtel-Vodafone handset, report that you have misplaced/lost your card and we will get another one sent out to you with 72 hours.
