I have lost my mobile phone/had it stolen, what should I do?
We advise customers to call our Customer Services helpline on 07829 700121 (Jersey) or 07839 700121 (Guernsey). If calling from overseas dial +44 7829 700121 (Jersey) or +44 7839 700121 (Guernsey). Once you have reported it lost/stolen, your mobile connection will be temporarily disconnected to prevent unauthorized calls. If you are in Jersey or Guernsey, you may also visit our Airtel-Vodafone stores to report the loss of your mobile phone.
How do I get a replacement SIM card for my spare / new handset?
You have to come into our Airtel-Vodafone stores with your password or photo ID. There will be a nominal charge for a replacement SIM card.
What if my mobile phone is found after I have reported it lost/stolen to Airtel-Vodafone?
To reconnect your mobile connection, the registered customer will have to walk in to our Airtel-Vodafone stores.
