How do I become an Airtel-Vodafone customer?
You can subscribe to Airtel-Vodafone’s pay monthly or pay-as-you-go services by simply walking into our Airtel-Vodafone stores or one of the Airtel-Vodafone dealers. You could also call our 24-hour Customer Care centre by calling 07829 700121 (Jersey) or 07839 700121 (Guernsey).
Which documents are required if I want to buy a Pre-paid / Post-paid connection?
In order to comply with our company policy, you need to submit the following documents:
• Proof of address (one of the following)
• Utility bill;
• Bank statement; or
• Credit card statement.
The above documents must be no more than three months old and must clearly show your home address details.
• Proof of identity (one of the following)
• A Jersey driving licence; or
• A passport.
Please note that photocopies of proof of ID documents will not be accepted unless they are certified by a bank, public notary or lawyer.
Your Airtel-Vodafone connection will normally be activated within 24 hours of receipt of the duly completed Customer Agreement Form.
