• Jersey residential qualifications or Guernsey Right to Work held
• Locally qualified through length of residency or Essential Employment license
• UK passport holder with no current resident status in the Channel Islands
• European Union passport holder with no current resident status in the Channel Islands
• Non European Union passport holder with no current resident status in the Channel Islands
