Airtel-Vodafone recognises the importance of supporting and educating members of the community in order to help them to experience life to the full, and we're committed to providing opportunities for learning and development. We actively promote initiatives which we believe to be of benefit to our society, and in the future we aim to continue to build upon these.
We’ve created and developed courses at both Highlands College and the GTA University Centre, which were specifically designed with the local community in mind.

In Jersey, our first ‘Unravel the Mysteries of the Mobile Phone’ course was so successful that we were inundated with enquiries about running a second course. We’re delighted with the response that this second course has had - it was over-subscribed, but our response was to allocate more of our own employees as tutors so that we could cater for all of the students.

The course will also be running at the GTA University Centre in March, and we hope that the success of the Jersey course will be replicated in Guernsey.
