Pay as you go roaming


All Airtel-Vodafone customers in Jersey and Guernsey can now use their Pay-as-you-go services whilst roaming in more countries than ever. View the PDF below for a full list of countries where you can use your pay-as-you-go Airtel-Vodafone service.

Please note that from 1st April 2010, any Pay-as-you-go customer roaming in the EU will be charged 15p/min flat-rate to receive calls.

Charges

As you will be using another network, every call made will cost a little more than normal*. Every call and text cost will deducted from your account in the normal manner. 



Voicemail Charges whilst roaming
Please note that when you are roaming you will be charged to access your voicemail and you may be subject to additional charges when callers leave messages on your voicemail as well. In order to avoid this, the best thing to do is set your mobile up to divert directly to your voicemail at all times.  To find out how to set this up, following the step by step instructions outlined in our FAQ section.

Top-ups

If you find yourself running out of credit, you can top-up your Pay-as-you-go through this website by clicking here. Remember, you will have to login before you can top-up. If you have never registered with us before, take a few minutes to register and then on completion of your registration you will be able to top-up straight away.
