All Airtel-Vodafone customers in Jersey and Guernsey can now use their Pay-as-you-go services whilst roaming in seven countries including the UK, France, Portugal, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and India. You can also benefit from out-roaming in the Netherlands and Poland, and in-roaming in France. All you have to do when you arrive there is simply switch on your handset.

Please note that from 1st April 2010, any Pay-as-you-go customer roaming in the EU will be charged 15p/min flat-rate to receive calls.

Voicemail Charges whilst roaming
Please note that when you are roaming you will be charged to access your voicemail and you may be subject to additional charges when callers leave messages on your voicemail as well. In order to avoid this, the best thing to do is set your mobile up to divert directly to your voicemail at all times.
